Modernization of Deckel DE25 machine
- Modernization consisted in replacing current generator for Penta latest FPGA generator and the exchange of the control system to the latest Penta control system based on Beckhoff controllers.
- All servo drives of the axes X, Y and Z were replaced to allow servo gain machine feed speed of 15 m / min.
- In addition, there were installed an automatic electrode change system, the automatic fire extinguishing system and remote access.
- System 3R has been replaced with EROWA system.
